We are looking for a full-time permanent position as Processing Officer (Partner Visa) to join our busy team. Your work location is at our Ho Chi Minh City branch.

Applicants must have proven experience in processing Australian Partner visa applications.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Communicating effectively with clients and other team members about data and enquiries regarding visa applications

- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of applications

- Filing and managing the company’s database and customer relationship management system

- Liaising with multiple stakeholders when required

- Fulfilling other tasks and projects assigned by your manager

- Proven experience in processing Australian Partner visa applications is required

- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Good computer literacy and good English skills

- Effective written and oral communication skills

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

Job Information

Ordinary working hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Location: 68 Vĩnh Hội, Phường Vĩnh Hội, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.
