PROCESS QUALITY AUDITOR

Monitor factory adherence for all aspects of our quality assurance program
Report quality-related issues and actively participate in coaching the factory in solving problems
Participate in ongoing quality improvement training and attend weekly quality meetings with supervisor and factory management
Degree in Footwear Technology from an accredited institution
3-5 years experience in shoe manufacturing and inspection
Proficeint in written and spoken English required
Spoken Mandarin preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
