Develop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan for production equipment, utilities and facility assets.

Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, SOPs, checklists and standards.

Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs; identify improvement opportunities and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance resources to ensure availability for planned maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and analyze data to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, QA and other functions to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.

Support equipment commissioning, handover and maintenance readiness for new machinery and facility systems.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning, maintenance coordination or equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, TPM and Equipment Reliability.

Experience in developing maintenance schedules, procedures and performance reports.

Good understanding of spare parts and maintenance inventory management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Experience with Power BI / Power Apps is an advantage.

Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
