Customer Platform Operations

Operate and configure Antsomi’s

CDP, Marketing Automation, Loyalty, Ecommerce, and other Customer Platform capabilities.

Build and manage customer bbb using profile, behavioral, and transactional data.

Configure and operate automated customer journeys and multi-channel campaigns.

Set up triggers, conditions, business rules, personalization, frequency rules, and campaign schedules.

Perform

QA, testing, go-live, monitoring, and troubleshooting for platform configurations.

Support Loyalty operations including points, tiers, rewards, vouchers, and promotions.

Support standard Ecommerce operations including products, categories, promotions, vouchers, and related configurations.

Learn and operate new Customer Platform products and capabilities as Antsomi’s ecosystem expands.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Monitor platform, campaign, journey, and customer engagement execution.

Investigate issues related to customer data, audience eligibility, business rules, configuration, integration, and product behavior.

Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with Data, Product, and Technology teams when deeper investigation is required.

Monitor operational and campaign performance and support basic analysis.

Customer & Service Operations

Handle day-to-day customer platform requests and configurations.

Translate approved business requirements into appropriate platform configurations.

Work closely with customers, Business Solution Consulting, Data Services, Product, and Technology teams.

Maintain SOPs, QA checklists, and troubleshooting documentation.

Identify opportunities to standardize and automate repetitive operational tasks.

Yêu cầu

• 1+ years of experience in CRM/CDP, Marketing Automation, Campaign Operations, MarTech, Customer Engagement, Loyalty, Ecommerce, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, campaigns, automated journeys, or customer engagement platforms.
• Good understanding of
• Customer Journey, Lifecycle Marketing, and Campaign Execution.
• Comfortable working with customer data, business rules, conditions, workflows, and platform configurations.
• Familiar with communication channels such as
• Email, SMS, Push Notification, or Zalo.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn and operate new customer platform products and capabilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Good English reading and communication skills.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with
• CDP, CRM, or Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Insider, MoEngage, HubSpot, CleverTap, or similar.
• Experience with
• Loyalty, Ecommerce, Personalization, Customer Engagement, or other customer-facing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of
• SQL, APIs, JSON, Webhooks, or event tracking.
• Understanding of customer data such as
• Customer, Transaction, Behavioral, Campaign, Loyalty, and Ecommerce data.
• Experience in
• B2B SaaS, MarTech, Professional Services, or enterprise technology.
