** Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

● Lead manufacturing operations for the Company's new Oncology greenfield project, covering both Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Sterile Injectable production, from project execution and facility readiness through to commercial-scale manufacturing.

● Oversee production, manufacturing engineering (ME) operations, EHS & Risk Management at the Company's existing pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Vinh Long.

● Provide manufacturing input into facility design, process flow, equipment selection, capacity planning and containment strategy during the Oncology project's design and construction phases.

● Establish and maintain manufacturing systems, engineering standards and GMP & Compliance compliant with US FDA, EU GMP, PIC/S and WHO GMP requirements across both sites.

● Facilitate technology transfer, process validation and manufacturing readiness activities to support successful commercial product launch.

● Build, lead and develop the Production, ME across both plants, including manpower planning, competency framework and training programs. Working closely with QMS teams.

● Support regulatory inspections, customer audits and compliance assessments.

● Drive production planning and operational excellence, monitoring KPIs such as OEE, yield, batch cycle time and manufacturing cost.

● Perform other assignments and duties as designated by the COO and CEO.

• Functional Scope: Production, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), GMP & Compliance Oversight, EHS and Risk Management, with close coordination with QMS to ensure GMP compliance, quality standards, and effective risk management across the plant.

• Plant/Project Scope: The Company's Oncology manufacturing project and upgradation of the Company's existing pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Vinh Long Province.
