Job Summary

The Plant Controller covers finance planning and operating for Vietnam entity. Works together with accounting manager to oversee all financial and fiscal activities and ensures compliance of the operations of Vietnam entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for oversight of finance and reporting for Vietnam entity

• Responsible for finance book closing, tax filing and statutory reporting requirement for Vietnam entity

• Act as a key business partner to Vietnam plant and functional leaders

• Supervise on legal and compliance, and monitor day-to-day finance operations

• Ensure that legal entity in compliance of US GAAP and statutory reporting

• Conduct planning, forecast, provide added value analysis

• Effective delivery of plant controllership role

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business and related field

• Minimum 8 year experience in Finance Audit related functions with at least 3 years in management position

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, SAP or ERP is preference

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential

• Strong influencing power and accountable

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and related processes, tax compliance, treasury management

• Fluent (written and spoken) in English is required

• Big 4 experience is a plus

• CPA, CIA, or relevant equivalent certification preferred
