Tuyển dụng Planning Officer - NPI & Export (Contract 12-Month) tại Hồ Chí Minh

ORDER MANAGEMENT:

Manage Export Orders from Order receipt to Delivery & Payment for requested services according to the agreed Incoterms: at least 45% of total shipments in a month.

Define deviations between orders & forecast, discuss & align on supply with internal/external stakeholders & customers.

Coordinate & manage shipment following the agreed SLA.

Escalate to internal and external stakeholders with regards to the operation of export and supply chain issues

PLANNING:

Coordinate with customers & stakeholder for export plan for short-term & long-term (production, loading, transport)

Coordinate with Supply Planning, Production & Logistics for sufficient resource for production, transport/freight & logistics.

Track short- term variations vs. plan & attack root causes.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

Prepare, complete & properly store all documents required for successful export shipments & required by customers

Coordinate & consult local stakeholders, forwarders & 4PL service providers to ensure the compliance with HNK/HVN related Policies & Laws

Handle invoices correctly and within the set lead times.

REPORTING:

Create and send clear reports for the customer and internal organization regarding shipment data, service reports (on time / in full), issues, etc.

Provide inputs for performance measurements, such as on time in full activities, complaints, timeliness invoicing, etc.

Make provision of customer data, transport information, etc.

Review the KPIs and deployments together with the team and other departments. Act on deviations from the targets (of the KPIs)

COMPLAINT HANDLING:

Record & clarify with customers & other related parties on all required data regarding complaints (container numbers, loading data, issues, etc.)

Work with internal organization (quality, logistic, production) to negotiate & manage complaints with customers: consult with insurance, ensure improvement actions, credit to customers…

TPM and Continuous Improvement:

Initiates & embeds improvements for process, tool used for Export

Deploy loss & actively contribute to TPM agenda.

Responsible for drawing up and managing clear procedures and work instructions.

Recognizing and initiating cost-saving initiatives.

Communication

Communicates and influences the relevant stakeholders in Supply Chain & Customers on the various plans and their impact.

Attending/Chairing the micro and S&OP meetings with stakeholders

Qualifications

University degree (Bachelor) in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Experiences/skills

1-2 years relevant experience.

Experience in the field of shipping, transport, forwarding and export transactions

Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes

Excellent in Excel, Power BI, Power Point.

Excellent communication skills, stakeholder & customer management skills

Ability to influence, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships

Experience with using ERP systems.

Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement methodologies

English: Advanced level
