1       Check and booking raw material

2  Issue Warehouse Dispatch Note (WDN)

3  Issue Export Invoice

4  Check Custom documents for Export

5  Transfer Fund Request

6  Cash Bank Report

7  AR Confirmation

8  AP Confirmation

9  Stocktsking

10  Nis Report

11  Directly check the payment, book expense and check invoices of payment documents submitted for paying raw materials-cassia

12  To provide documents when being required (for audit, other department,..)

13  Complete all the relevant/required report from GL/CA/FM.

14  Receive money into the system

15  Create Purchase Oder buy VPP,….

Graduated from Accounting & Finance major or related fields (Open to fresh graduates; preference given to candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in a multinational company within a large corporate group)

Microsoft: Excel & Word.

English: Good reading and writing skills; basic speaking ability..

Personality: Honest, hard-working, open-minded.
