Manage color matching, color formulation, color adjustment, and color checking in accordance with technical standards and customer requirements.

Control color quality from sample receipt, formula development, and color mixing to mass production.

Ensure finished products match the approved color samples, maintain color consistency between production batches, and meet quality requirements.

Check, approve, and manage color formulas; monitor the consumption standards of paint, solvents, and chemicals.

Analyze root causes and propose solutions to color and quality issues arising during production.

Monitor color matching progress to ensure production schedules are met.

Manage, assign tasks to, train, and evaluate the performance of Color Matching Room employees.

Coordinate with relevant departments to improve processes, enhance product quality, and increase operational efficiency.

Prepare periodic reports on color quality, formulas, chemicals, and arising issues.

Graduated from college or above

1–2 years of experience in the paint industry.

Hands-on experience in color matching, color mixing, color adjustment, and color checking.

Experience in team management, task assignment, and employee training.

Ability to analyze root causes and resolve color-related issues quickly and accurately.

Good coordination skills with relevant departments, including DTM, QC/QA, and Engineering.

Careful, accurate, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
