Tuyển dụng Order Fulfillment & Customer Care Executive tại Hồ Chí Minh

WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:

A. Order Processing & System Data Entry (60%)

1. Receive order requests and commercial documents from Sales via official channels (Email/System).

2. Check Available-to-Promise (ATP) stock availability and verify Customer Credit Limits on FAST ERP.

3. Create Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) on FAST ERP accurately (matching approved price lists, promotion schemes, and DOA approvals).

4. 3PL Dispatch & Fulfillment Execution: Issue and transmit official stock release/delivery requests to the 3PL Warehouse (DB Schenker) system, providing precise shipping instructions, delivery addresses, and customer contact details for Pick & Pack execution.

Strictly enforce SLA Cut-off Time

5. Log and update all daily incoming requests, pending issues, and completion timestamps.

B. Contract & Commercial Administration (20%)

1. Draft standard commercial contracts/amendments using Legal-approved templates based on Sales input.

2. Track contract routing progress and coordinate internal approvals (Legal, Finance, Management) for non-standard & standard contracts.

3. Final Signed Contract Archiving

4. Audit-Ready Document Filing

C. Delivery Tracking & POD Recovery (15%)

1. Monitor daily delivery status with 3PL logistics carriers; flag transit delays or damaged items to Line Manager.

2. Collect, verify, and archive physical Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from 3PL/Carriers within target SLAs.

3. Hand over verified PODs to Accounting for prompt VAT invoice issuance.

D. Sales Support & Communication (5%)

1. Act as a responsive contact point for Sales regarding order status, stock availability, and ETA updates.

2. Follow established escalation procedures for urgent orders, DOA approvals, or customer complaints.

3. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

IT WOULD BE WOW IF YOU WOULD BRING THIS IN:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.

2. 2–3 years of experience in Order Processing, CS Support, Sales Admin, or Operations (Fresh graduates with high agility and strong internships in SCM/Logistics are welcome).

3. Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets, prior experience using ERP systems (FAST, SAP, Odoo, etc.) is a strong plus.

4. Good understanding of basic commercial documents (PO, SO, Delivery Notes, POD, Invoices).

5. High Attention to Detail

6. Clear, polite, and confident communication with Sales and internal departments.

7. Calm and professional under Sales pressure; strictly follows established escalation rules.

8. Fast learner with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
