Job Description:

- Oversee daily operations within the heavy industries sector, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Conduct regular assessments of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Deep understanding of industrial systems, including tanks, valves, and piping.

- Experience working with foreign direct investment (FDI) companies is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
