We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle export shipments by Air

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring end-to-end import shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance, and maintaining excellent communication with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive booking requests from customers.
• Process bookings via systems or email with airlines/coloader and confirm the booking details to the customer.
• Receive documentation from customers and forward it to the Noi Bai/Bac Ninh operations teams to facilitate document preparation, customs declaration filing, and cargo handling at Noi Bai.
• Sending final documents to customers prior to the shipment's ETD from Noi Bai (HAN).
• Track shipments departing from Noi Bai (HAN), provide status updates to customers, and monitor progress until the cargo reaches its destination (ATA).
• Process debit notes and credit notes for agents and shippers based on contract rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for export shipments that have departed (ETD)..
• Resolve operational issues and provide prompt solutions.
• Verify and control costs, invoices, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s operating system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and service providers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Solid knowledge of import procedures for Air shipments.
• Good understanding of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
