Pre shipment

1. Nomi shipments.
   receive RO ( route order from agent).
   check information with shipper to arrange booking based on instruction of Agent ( RO).
   place booking request with shipping lines.
   ask approval from agent for booking confirmation to release it to shipper/ or email from BD for booking releasing.
   release booking to shipper if agent approved.
2. BD shipments
   receive inquiry from BD team for placing booking request.
   place booking request with shipping lines based on the email instruction of BD team.
   Send booking confirmation to BD by email and waiting for their email which adding CS/OP in loop mail ( shipper/agent) to follow up.

B- Shipment authorized.

• chase SI/VGM from shipper to submit it to shipping line.
• make draft HBL/MBL sent to agent for checking.
• make debit note to shipper / make debit note to agent
• make payment to shipping line
• issue OHBL/ telex/ surrendered to shipper
• get OMBL/ Seaway and send pre-alert to agent
• make PNL and monthly report
• support other colleague in Dept in case they need help / or back up their job when they leave the office.
• coordinate with A/c team to solve any issue related to Debit/ Credit note to Agent.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Female Experience: 1-2 years working in Sea freight for exporting as Export Operation.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to common goals.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Possession of CW1 certification or relevant qualification is an advantage.
