What You’ll Do:

1. Source and identify potential suppliers across South East Asia, conduct supplier evaluations and factory audits.

2. Engage in new product introduction efforts during ramp with internal & external stakeholders. Specific goals include team leadership in driving issue resolution, supply chain, schedule, cost, quality goals.

3. Engage with manufacturing partners to develop, ramp, and introduce products.

4. Develop relationships with partners and knowledge of factory's capabilities and limitations.

5. Develop and execute a Southeast Asia supply chain strategy that outlines the commodity enablement plan along with a clear product roadmap.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 3+ years ops experience, preferably in high tech industry.

2. Current knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management practices.

3. Experience with consumer electronic manufacturing technologies (preferred) in the areas of design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply and quality management.

4. Experienced in operations or technical program management roles preferred.

5. English & Vietnamese proficiency.

6. Need to travel to china for 25% of the time.
