Tuyển dụng NPI (New Product Introduction) Process Engineer tại Hà Nội

As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Process Engineer, you will be responsible for receiving and implementing established production processes from the Ajax Group Headquarters (HQ) to the Vietnam factory. Your primary focus is not on R&D design, but on the successful transfer, setup, and validation of new smart security product models (Cameras, Hubs, Sensors). You will ensure that the technology transfer is seamless and that new models are ready for stable mass production.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technology Transfer: Receive and master the "transfer package" from Group HQ, including Bill of Materials (BOM), Assembly Drawings, Test Specifications, and specialized Fixtures.

• Process Setup for New Models: Establish the manufacturing process flow, line layout, and workstation setup specifically for new product launches.

• Trial Run Management: Lead and coordinate Pilot Runs (EVT, DVT, PVT). Monitor yield rates, analyze technical assembly issues, and implement corrective actions before the model moves to Mass Production.

• HQ Technical Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for HQ engineers in Europe. Report local trial-run results and collaborate with them to resolve any process discrepancies.

• Tooling & Equipment: Validate and optimize Jigs, Fixtures, and testing equipment received from HQ to ensure they function correctly within the local production environment.

• Documentation & Training: Prepare and localize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI). Provide technical training to the production team for the handover of new models.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze bottlenecks during the NPI phase to optimize "Hours Per Unit" (HPU) and minimize scrap rates before final handover to the Mass Production team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or NPI Engineer in the Electronics/High-tech manufacturing sector (Experience in SMT or Box-build assembly is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly standards.

• Familiarity with Quality tools (8D, 5-Why, PFMEA).

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for layout/fixture adjustments.

Language:

• Good English communication (Mandatory). You must be able to read technical documents and attend online meetings with foreign experts from the Group.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under the tight deadlines of new product launch schedules.
