Tuyển dụng NPI & Improvement Engineer (EG) tại Bình Dương

We are looking for a NPI & Improvement Engineer to support new product introduction (NPI), process development, and continuous improvement activities in manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and ensure smooth transition from development stage to mass production.

Key responsibilities

Deploy new product projects from FPA to mass production as APQP procedures

• Ensure the projects are put into the system, scheduled, and up to date.
• Coordinate with other relative members to design & develop the optimized production process.
• Product& Process validation development through PPAP and first mass production.
• Project transfer smoothly and proceeding the feedback, assessment, corrective action effectively.​

Manage and address the engineering issue

• Support quotation team on labor time and RFQ engineering feedback.
• Support production to continually improvement to meet objectives: Quality, Delivery, and Cost
• Abide by Company Regulations and all documented manuals/procedures/work instructions of the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or relevant qualification.​
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are also welcome to apply.
• Prefer candidate with 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering or having good understanding of manufacturing processes and product development.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, NPI,  Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Technical skills: AutoCAD
• Language: Good English communication skills (reading, writing).
