Tuyển dụng Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Operation Executive) tại Hà Nội

• Handle export and import shipments smoothly in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Follow up on import and export shipments until successful delivery is completed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with and supervise subcontractors during door-to-door shipment operations.
• Update shipment and customer information, including revenue and costs, into the Company's system accurately.
• Perform other sales support and customer service tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Prepare reports for the Operation Director as requested.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Import & Export operations.
• Age: 21–30 years old.
• Good understanding of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Logistics, and Customs procedures.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and listening).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Innovative, patient, proactive, and possess good communication skills.
• Honest, enthusiastic, cheerful, and a good team player.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
