1. Job Overview

Responsible for purchasing and managing inventory of IT assets (hardware, software, network equipment), as well as contract management.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Purchasing: Managing suppliers of IT equipment (servers, PCs, networks, etc.) and processing Purchase Orders (POs).

- Contract Management: Managing software license renewals and Annual Maintenance (MA) contracts.

- Financial Management: Processing periodic invoices (cloud, internet lines) and supporting asset inventory audits.

3. Qualifications

- IT Proficiency: Basic understanding of IT hardware and terminology (or willingness to learn).

- Core Competencies: High ethical standards, transparent communication with suppliers, and meticulous work execution skill

- Good skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel especially).

- Good at speaking English

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working at Purchasing electronic devices.

- Experienced at an IT-related company.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or general management.
