Internal Production Planning

Prepare capacity plans and set daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Prepare detailed daily and weekly production plans for each production team.

Monitor plan progress and prepare production output reports.

Coordinate and reallocate production personnel based on order demand and current semi-finished product inventory.

Outsourced Production Planning

Prepare outsourced production plans based on order demand and inventory at each production stage.

Closely monitor outsourced production progress and take timely corrective actions when necessary.

Communicate with processing partners regarding production progress to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

Draft and prepare processing contracts for processing partners. Maintain clear and systematic contract records.

Participate in the recruitment and information exchange process to identify new processing partners.

Raw Material, Supplies Planning and Inventory Management

Prepare forecasts for raw materials and supplies four weeks in advance.

Check and determine safety stock levels.

Place raw material orders with relevant departments and suppliers.

Monitor the progress of purchase orders and take timely corrective action or implement contingency plans.

Systems and Continuous Improvement

Create production orders in the system.

Use, manage, and optimize systems and tools.

Propose improvements to ensure coordination and integration across functions.

Develop KPI measurement dashboards and data collection methods for the planning and production departments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields.

Strong logical thinking, numerical ability, and data sensitivity.

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company, or a good/excellent university graduate in one of the fields mentioned above.

Eager to learn, growth-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems, Power Query, and AI tools is a significant advantage.

English: Good communication with foreign customers and ability to read/write documents.
