Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers.
• Review code and ensure coding standards, architecture, and best practices are followed.
• Estimate development effort and manage sprint tasks.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimise application performance.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Required skills/Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Previous experience leading a small team is an advantage.
• Strong experience with Flutter (preferred) or React Native.
• Good understanding of Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Firebase, and App Store/Google Play deployment.
• Knowledge of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, etc.).
• Understanding of clean architecture and software design patterns.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• English reading and communication skills are a plus.
