• Conduct cost-production analysis for developments
• Provide necessary information and samples to support sales activities
• Generate accurate costing (fabric price, sub-material price, consumption estimates) using the eQuotation system, and identify abnormalities
• Prepare sales offers with performance and lead time confirmations
• Negotiate with internal and external parties regarding product details, pricing, and delivery dates
• Reserve factory production capacity promptly and accurately
• Identify and proactively address potential issues during development and production
• Communicate and confirm customer requirements and factory understanding to ensure accurate specifications
• Support fabric projection preparations for forecasting and planning

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 3 years’ experience as a merchandiser in the garment/textile industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the production process, sampling, costing, and order follow-up.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive.
