The Opportunity

• Resolves complex MEP co-ordination issues and liaison with internal parties.

• Represents the M&E team in co-ordination workshops with external parties.

• Reviews the quality of the work being produced.

• Supporting the firm’s compliance in maintaining ISO 19650 requirement.

• Coordinate MEP BIM models with architectural, civil, structural, and specialist discipline models.

• Develop, maintain, and manage federated BIM models throughout project delivery.

• Conduct regular model reviews and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and requirements.

• Support the setup and management of project BIM environments, templates, and model structures.

• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), MIDP/TIDP, EIR, and project-specific information requirements.

Is this role right for you?

• A strong background using Autodesk suite of products, especially • A strong background using Autodesk suite of products, especially Revit, Civil3D and Autocad.

• Be able to work as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (Understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Navisworks)

• Be able to consult with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role

• Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management

• At least 5 years of of BIM coordination experience on multidisciplinary projects.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience in MRT projects, related MEP MRT works and preferably in Heavy Infrastructure, Rail and Underground Metro
