Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continuous basis without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.

Prior experience with mechanical assembly or technical hands on work

You'll make a difference by

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and safely operate standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic and battery‑operated tools.
• Learn the proper use of torque wrenches and how to apply specified torque values.
• Learn to accurately use measuring tools, such as tape measures and other standard measuring devices.
• Develop the ability to identify common mechanical parts and basic electrical components.
• Assemble, sub-assemblies, parts kits, and aftermarket parts orders, including mechanical assembly of steel components.
• Record job transactions, read BOMs, follow layouts and assembly drawings.
• Adherence to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and be a strong team player.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

• The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
