1. Control mechanic section and keeping all machine in good working conditions to ensure production and efficiency targets.
2. Other job follows arrangement of direct manager
Note: This staff can do all of job in the department, but manager will arrange for each staff some main job suitable their skill.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
1.     Control mechanic section and keeping all machine in good working conditions to ensure production and efficiency targets.
+ To administrate mechanic section and report to the Production Manager.
+ To implement TPM and keep all machine in good working conditions.
+ To report Machine with high repair cost due to miss-handling to direct superior and Group Equipment and Machinery Manager for decision to repair or scrap the machine
+ To arrange the receiving of new machine and its attachments. Setup and test the new machine, then submit machine in-store report to Production Manager and Accounts.
+ To keep inventory record of company machinery, folder, guide and attachment etc. and submit this report monthly to direct superior and copy group Equipment and Machinery Manager.
+ Participate in the pre-production meeting; to discuss production methods & propose new techniques to improve productivity.
+ To make sure there are enough machines and equipment to support new styling setup.
+ Ensure production and efficiency targets are not affected by machine down time and to take corrective actions to eliminate them.
+ Control consumables & company resources in line with budget levels.
+ Motivate work force to implement 5S in the work area with continuous improvement.
+ To verify the needs to purchase before Mechanic Clerk proceeds with the sourcing. (refer to Purchasing Flow)
+ To submit Monthly Consumable and Machine Repair Expenses Report to direct superior and copy to Group Equipment and Machinery Manager.
+ To be responsible for the enforcement pf company internal labor regulation, policies & procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional experience:
More than 10 years’ experience work
Education requirement:
Field of specialization: Industrial Management, Industrial system, Garment/Textiles Manufacturing production, other relevant field
Other requirement:
Get the job done accurately and efficiently.
Individual work and team work.
Able to work under high pressure.
Good communication skills.
