1.Own & Scale the Marketplace

• Define and execute strategies to rapidly grow supply across:
• Primary market (developers & projects)
• Secondary market (resale listings)
• Rental market
• Ensure high-quality, verified listings across all segments

2.Build & Lead High-Performing Teams, cross - functional collaboration

• Manage and scale multiple teams:
• Primary Market
• Secondary Market
• Rental
• Listing Operations
• Listing QA / Auditor
• Set clear KPIs, drive performance, and build a strong execution culture

3. Unlock Supply Growth and new opportunities

• Build strategic partnerships with developers, agencies, brokers, and homeowners..
• Expand and strengthen MOSO’s supply network

4. Optimize Marketplace Performance

• Design and refine end-to-end processes:
• Listing → Verification → Lead → Viewing → Deal
• Work closely with all teams to improve UX and conversion rates

5. Drive Business Impact

• Own key metrics:
• Listings & verified listings
• Leads generated
• Conversion rates
• Gross merchandise value
• Continuously optimize funnel performance using data
• Monitor & optimize P&L

6. Expand to New Markets

• Launch and scale operations in new cities (e.g., Hanoi, Da Nang)
• Build local teams and operational models from scratch

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5–8 years of experience in Real Estate / Proptech / Marketplace
• Experience in business management or real estate operations
• Strong understanding of primary, secondary, rental markets, and property listings
• Proven experience in building and scaling teams
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills
