Job Summary

We are looking for an

Marketing Field Manager-Technical Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager and improve coordination between the Marketing Team, Technical Team, and Sales Team.

The main role of this position is to collect technical information from the field, follow up on trials, help prepare marketing content, and make sure important information (such technical messages, trial results, product benefits, and field information) is shared on time with Marketing team and sales team for smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination Between Marketing and Technical Teams

Act as a link between the Marketing Manager and the Technical Team.

Collect technical information, photos, field data, and products feedbacks from the Technical Team.

Follow up with the Technical Team to make sure information is provided on time.

Help organize technical information in a clear and simple way for the Marketing Team.

In charge of all actions in field and Farmers support

2. Trial results communication

Follow up on field trials with the Technical Team manager.

Collect and organize basic trials information such as crop, location, product used, photos, farmer feedback, and results.

Prepare simple trial summaries for the Marketing Manager and Sales Team.

Help share trial results with the Sales Team and/or customers.

3. Social Media and Content Support

Collect technical information needed for social media posts and articles.

Follow up with the Technical Team to make sure content is prepared on time.

Support the preparation of simple and clear content for farmers, retailers, and sales team.

Help check that product information and technical messages are correct.

4. Sales Team Support

Help prepare technical information for the Sales Team.

Share product arguments, trial results, crop advice, and field feedback with sales colleagues.

Support the preparation of presentations for farmer meetings, shop meetings, and customer visits.

Collect questions and feedback from the Sales Team and coordinate answers with the Technical Team.

5. Marketing Materials Support

Support the preparation and update of brochures, leaflets, presentations, product sheets, and digital content.

Collect pictures, field stories, and farmer feedback for marketing use and organize them in a data bank.

Help keep marketing and technical files well organized.

6. Planning and Reporting

Follow up on marketing and technical tasks to make sure deadlines are respected.

Update tracking files for trials, articles, photos, and sales support materials.

Prepare simple updates for the Marketing Manager about completed tasks, pending tasks, and delays.

7. Field Visit and Event Support

Join field visits when needed to collect information, pictures, and farmer feedback.

Support the preparation of farmer meetings, shop meetings, customer meetings, and product presentations.

Help prepare short reports after field visits or events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

E xperience in agriculture, fertilizers, pesticides. Marketing or sales support is a plus.

English is needed.

Good computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and file organization.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to follow up tasks and respect deadlines.

Good writing skills.

Willing to travel for field visits when required.
