- Commercial Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Direct the execution of sales targets, revenue milestones, and volume metrics across monthly, quarterly, and annual horizons while steering team performance and client portfolio acquisition.
• Formulate and roll out comprehensive market strategies tailored to the lubricant sector, encompassing product lifecycle management, pricing architecture, distribution channel structuring, and brand equity building.
• Formulate actionable product optimization frameworks and supervise digital content presence along with official corporate web properties.

- Financial Control & Formulation Cost Management

• Oversee raw material expense forecasting, ingredient costing models, and continuous maintenance of the product formulation cost database.
• Evaluate client commercial proposals, profit margin yields, contractual terms, settlement schedules, and credit risk thresholds.

- Channel Network Expansion & Technical Integration

• Strengthen relationships across distributor networks, trial dealer ecosystems, and key enterprise direct clients; measure commercial viability and engagement yield.
• Lead the identification of high-potential accounts or join sales personnel during field visits to strategic corporate stakeholders.
• Serve as the key operational bridge between R&D and QA/QC divisions to accelerate new product initiatives, sample verification, and technical literature control.

- Cross-functional Logistics & Quality System Control

• Integrate inter-departmental workflows binding purchase orders, manufacturing schedules, and fulfillment timelines.
• Appraise international export logistics arrangements and manage inland freight transport systems.
• Lead ISO quality compliance initiatives, design/refine Marketing Department SOPs, and coordinate both internal and external audit procedures.
• Manage task delegation, measure KPI output, organize onboarding programs for new personnel, and compile executive performance summaries to assist top management decision-making.

- Professional Background

• Demonstrated managerial experience in Business Development, Commercial Marketing, or Sales Leadership within the Lubricants, Petrochemical, or Industrial Technical sector.
• In-depth familiarity with formulation cost modeling, distributor network management (including trial dealers), and supply chain/logistics alignment.
• Language Benchmark (MUST-HAVE): Professional English fluency (written and spoken) to handle technical documentation, cross-border logistics, and executive management reporting.
