Key Responsibilities

Multi-Market Content Development

Create original English content aligned with brand direction for various international markets

Adapt content through collaboration with local teams to ensure cultural fit and messaging consistency

Coordinate translation/adaptation using AI tools and human proofreading

Channel-Specific Content Creation

Write content for social media, POSM, brochures, sales documents, email campaigns, and more

Tailor messaging by campaign theme, customer insights, and market requirements

Creative Briefing and Asset Collaboration

Develop clear briefs for creative teams to design visuals, videos, banners, etc.

Ensure all multimedia assets reflect the intended content tone and direction

Content Localization and Market Support

Work closely with local sales/marketing teams to localize materials

Support both mature and newly entered markets with effective go-to-market content

Content Quality Management

Review and refine content to ensure tone, voice, and message consistency

Eliminate errors and enforce branding standards across all outputs

Cross-Department Collaboration

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Media, and Design teams for campaign integration

Ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels and touchpoints

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing or content marketing, ideally for international markets

Excellent command of written English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+)

Ability to write creatively and strategically in both English and Vietnamese

Strong understanding of digital media platforms and content best practices

Familiarity with content management tools (Notion, Trello, CMS, AI writing tools, etc.)

Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and culturally sensitive

Passion for storytelling and content that inspires action
