Tuyển dụng Manufacturing System Engineer tại Bình Dương

1. Responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving the Traceability / QDM (Quality Data Management) system to support daily manufacturing activities, production traceability, data accuracy, and integration with manufacturing equipment and other factory systems,

2. QDM system operation & support

• Maintain and support the QDM system to ensure stable and continuous operation,
• Monitor QDM system performance and investigate system errors or abnormalities,
• Provide first-level technical support to Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and other users,
• Troubleshoot QDM issues and coordinate with IT or QDM expert for complex problems,
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations according to company procedures.

3. QDM Configuration

• Configure and maintain QDM products, routing, process flow, operations, workstations, recipes, production parameters, and production rules,
• Create and maintain manufacturing routes for new products and engineering changes,
• Update QDM configurations according to approved engineering changes and customer requirements,
• Verify and validate system configuration before releasing it to production.

4. Production Traceability

• Maintain and improve end-to-end traceability from material/component → PCBA → Box Build → finished product,
• Support Quality and Engineering teams in retrieving traceability data for customer complaints, audits, and investigations.

5. System Integration

• Support integration between MES and other factory systems, including: AOI/SPI, ICT/FCT/ATE, MT/THT equipment, Barcode/2D code systems, …
• Monitor data communication between QDM and machines/systems,
• Troubleshoot data transfer and interface issues.

6. Production Process Support

• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Production to ensure QDM correctly reflects actual manufacturing processes,
• Support QDM implementation for SMT, THT/DIP, Assembly, Testing, Rework, and Box Build processes,
• Implement system controls such as: Material verification, Process sequence control, Barcode/serial number validation, Wrong material prevention, Rework control, Process interlock, Production quantity control.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve QDM functionality and manufacturing processes,
• Support paperless manufacturing and digitalization projects,
• Reduce manual data entry and improve data accuracy through automation.

8. Documentation & Change Control

• Prepare and maintain QDM-related documentation, procedures, and work instructions,
• Follow ECR/ECN/change-control procedures for QDM changes,
• Perform testing and validation before implementing changes in production,
• Maintain records of system changes and configurations.
• 1.      Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.,
• 2.      At least an additional 2 years of experience in MES, manufacturing IT, automation, or electronics manufacturing,
• 3.      Experience in an EMS/PCBA manufacturing environment is preferred,
• 4.      Good understanding of SMT, THT/DIP, Assembly, Testing, and Box Build processes,
• 5.      Basic to good knowledge of SQL/database,
• 6.      Understanding of system integration, APIs, machine communication, or data interfaces is an advantage,
• 7.      Good troubleshooting and analytical skills,
• 8.      Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension),
• 9.      Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development,
• 10.  Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
