Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.

Strong proficiency in cost modeling, data analysis, and production planning.

Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems.

Experience with ERP systems and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, simulation tools).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and cost modeling.

• The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
