1. Operational Management

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure smooth coordination among Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments.

2. Food Safety & Quality Compliance

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and company requirements.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

3. People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leaders.
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing, and training programs.

4. Cost & Budget Management

• Develop and manage operational budgets.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and process improvement projects.
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, rework, and material losses.

6. Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.

7. Performance Monitoring

Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English.
