Position Objective: This statement should be a general summary of the responsibilities listed in the next section:

- Manage tax, reporting (Audit report, Transfer Pricing, Regulator and Internal report for Group)

- Manage and monitor the accounting closing of the Accounting Department (monthly, quarterly, yearly): ensure that there are no material errors arising

- Manage tax-related work: be in charge of working with taxes when there is a tax inspection, discussing arising issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Reporting

- Handle statutory report and report for Group.

- Ensure reliable financial information (no major errors and no significant adjustments).

- Comply with local regulation (Tax, VAS, Laws…) and group reporting standard.

- Work with external audit to ensure the audited financial statement submit within deadline, compliance with regulations.

- Work with external professional service to ensure the Transfer pricing report is submitted within deadline, compliance with regulations.

2. Tax

- Manage the tax reporting to ensure all tax reports such as monthly VAT, , FCT, CIT declaration are complied with tax regulation.

- Assist and guide employees with the tax regulations of the company and regulatory agencies.

- Identify tax risks to mitigate risks for the company.

- Work with tax authorities when problems arise.

3. Investment and Fund accountant

- Review all transactions and support files and reconcile with

- Verify, controlall fund transfer following regulation.

4. Review booking (salary/investment) and overview closing procedure

- Review/prepare all transaction documentation and support files and understand the features of the investment transactions.

- Verify, record all fund transfer following regulation.

5. Others

- Other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance

Experience

- At least 6 years’ experience in accounting field for insurance industry.

- Deeply understand about Life insurance accounting process and system.

Skills required:

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
