About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Technology Consulting team. This role is dedicated for GRC Manager<ins> to lead end-to-end delivery of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) consulting and implementation GRC solutions, focusing on ERM,ORM, TPRM, Compliance Management, IT Risk Management modules:

Your day-to-day work will involve a mix of business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and collaboration with a diverse team of functional and technical experts. The scope and seniority of your tasks will be aligned with your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

GRC Consultant - Manager (7-10+ years)

1. Lead and manage all phases of GRC implementation projects, from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live support.

2. Act as a trusted advisor to the client's senior management, defining strategic roadmaps and business transformation initiatives.

3. Oversee a team of consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and quality assurance on project deliverables.

4. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

5. Lead complex business process workshops and solution design sessions.
