PURPOSE:

The position has the responsibility of driving sale team and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Target Achievement

• Able to drive sales and achieve targets (K1 and K2) through the bank branches

Build, Develop and Manage sales team

• Able to recruit, develop and manage a team of Financial Consultants.

• Able to monitor performance, provide support and provide directions to team members in daily sales activities so that team targets will be achieved.

Partnership Relationship Management

• Able to establish and maintain trusting relationships with the Branch leadership team and bank sales staff so that Bancassurance sales and services activities could be carried out at branches effectively.

Business Planning & Reporting

• Able to prepare period business plan accordingly to AH’s request so that K1 and K2 performance are well reported and managed.

• Able to analyze business results and come up with actions to drive target achievement

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years in sales or similar position in Insurance / Banking / Finance and at least 2 years of management experience.

• University graduation

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook)

• Good organization skill

• Strong acumen for customer service, effective problem solving ability

• Ability to manage conflicts, reconcile differences

• Strong negotiation skill

• Ability to make decision effectively
