Our APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Applications open on 26 August 2026 and close on 13 October 2026.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by case study assessment centre and panel interview.

The employment start date will be January 2027.
