NS2PC is looking for candidates for an Planning Engineer for Maintenance Department as below:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Work Management.

- Prepare and control maintenance plans and schedules, including job plans and resource-loaded schedules.

- Promote safe, environmentally responsible and professional maintenance practices within the section and among supervised contractors.

- Coordinate with Operations, Materials Handling, Engineering and Maintenance teams to prioritize activities, coordinate resources and ensure work readiness.

- Manage work backlogs, monitor work order status, constraints, schedule deviations and work readiness.

- Support the planning, scheduling and execution of routine and non-routine work.

- Verify material and spare-part availability and work order readiness.

2. Maintenance Performance, Reliability and Records.

- Manage maintenance data collection and equipment history records.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance reports.

- Support RCA and improvement-action tracking through relevant maintenance data and follow-up.

3. Budget, Procurement, Contracts and CAPEX.

- Support Maintenance teams in preparing mechanical maintenance budgets and monitoring their effective utilization.

4. Outage and Project Planning.

- Coordinate with Maintenance teams to prepare overall plans for minor, major and forced outages; monitor progress and issue daily plan updates and S-curves through completion.

- Maintain outage scope, detailed schedules, work-readiness status and project-control records.

- Analyze schedules to identify delays and integration issues, recommend adjustments and support schedule recovery.

- Monitor progress against weekly schedules and support the Deputy Manager in decision-making.

5. Maintenance Strategy, Planning and Competency Development.

- Maintain planning standards, procedures and records, and support process improvement and training coordination as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

- Mechanical/ Electrical Bachelor Engineering Degree required; Minimum 5-year experience in power plant or equivalent industrial environment.

- Possess business level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate.

- Ability to conduct Planning and problem analysis.

- Familiar with P&ID drawing, Visual inspection and periodic maintenance. well understand maintenance strategies.

- Prefer a certificate of completion for training courses on Super critical power plants such as Turbine, Boiler, Generator or Electrical Facilities of power plant.

- Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required.

- Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method.

- Knowledge of MAXIMO is an advantage.

WORKING HOUR & BENEFITS

• Location: NS2PC - Nghi Son Economic Zone, Nghi Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

• Working hours 8:00 am – 17:00 pm

• Working day: Monday - Friday
