• Take overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and implementing maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, and continuously improve standards related to product technology, processes, materials, and production methods.
• Establish and maintain process and packaging standards; monitor process execution, parameters, and compliance with technical standards to improve product performance and maintain product yield.
• Develop and update process documentation, and provide technical guidance to production lines to ensure smooth and standardized operations.
• Conduct process commissioning and debugging for new machinery and equipment to ensure they meet production requirements.
• Provide timely technical support and coordinate the resolution of production-related technical issues and emergencies, minimizing disruptions to production.
• Design, optimize, and continuously improve production processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the implementation of technology introduction, technological innovation, new product development, and new technology applications, providing technical guidance and supervision throughout the process.
• Develop and standardize production drawings and technical documentation in accordance with process technology and company drawing standards.
• Lead the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program, including implementation, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Establish and continuously improve the equipment management system to ensure standardized and effective equipment control.
• Develop and coordinate equipment and spare-parts procurement plans based on production and maintenance requirements.
• Plan and implement equipment modification and technical improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Develop equipment operating procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Organize and oversee major and medium-scale equipment maintenance, including equipment failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead team building, performance management, and training to develop the capabilities of department members.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, with a strong background in engineering management, construction site management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering infrastructure, construction methods, and building materials, with the ability to conduct technical analysis and make sound professional judgments.
• Hands-on experience in equipment layout, planning, and optimization.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and adherence to principles, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively handle unexpected issues or emergencies.
