1. Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and guide daily logistics operations to ensure the team achieves assigned KPIs and objectives.
- Build capability within the logistics team, manage workflow distribution, and evaluate team performance.
2. Import-Export & International Trade Management
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations and international trade laws, especially for FMCG products (including regulatory procedures like product declaration, quality inspection, and labeling).
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, forwarders, and relevant authorities in international markets (Japan, ASEAN, etc.) to optimize shipping routes and transit times.
- Coordinate import shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to warehouses and stores.
3. Cost Control & Financial Management
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize logistics costs (freight, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.) to drive cost-efficiency.
- Review logistics expenses, allocate costs to inventory/COGS, verify supplier invoices, and oversee the payment process in coordination with the Finance team.
- Prepare regular financial analysis reports and periodic logistics performance reports for management.
4. Compliance, Advisory & Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as an internal consultant providing expert advice to internal departments on logistics regulations, import-export procedures, and compliance risks.
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to streamline processes and resolve any operational bottlenecks or customs issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and support periodic/cycle inventory counts to ensure high accuracy.
- Propose and implement process improvements, digital transformation, or policy updates to enhance overall logistics efficiency.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-    Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or Accounting.
-    Experience in import procedures and inventory management.
-    Basic knowledge of cost allocation, supplier payment processing, or internal accounting.
-    Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
-    Careful, responsible, and able to coordinate with different departments.
-    Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-    Good Japanese skills/ English skills
