Job Purpose:

To be responsible for all logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations for Dorco Vietnam, ensuring smooth inventory operations and management, import customs clearance, ERP operations, and collaboration with logistics and sales partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage both company-operated and outsourced warehouses to ensure proper storage, handling, and accurate stock control.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments and warehouse partners.

- Monitor damaged, defective and slow-moving inventory, and prepare reports for appropriate action.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, and transportation partners regarding shipment schedules and delivery performance.

- Handle import customs procedures and work closely with customs brokers for timely clearance.

- Operate ERP systems to record and monitor inventory and logistics transactions.

- Prepare, verify, and manage inbound/outbound documents, delivery notes, and related reports.

- Monitor warehouse and logistics-related costs and propose cost-optimization measures.

- Support packing and delivery for e-commerce, sales, and marketing-related orders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

- Perform all other tasks related to the company's logistics & inventory.

- Perform other duties assigned by designated managers and General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, international business, or a related field.

- Working-level English proficiency in both written & spoken communication, particularly for emails, documents, and communication with headquarters and logistics partners.

- Proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling data and documents.

- Proactive and willing to learn in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
