Current Local 1 Plumber membership in good standing.

Experience installing copper tubing and piping systems.

Ability to read blueprints, installation drawings, and equipment specifications.

Knowledge of compressed air systems and pneumatic controls.

Familiarity with differential pressure devices, temperature monitoring devices, and control instrumentation.

Proficient in tubing preparation, bending, cutting, joining, and leak testing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work from ladders, lifts, scaffolds, and elevated work areas.

Ability to perform work in mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, and construction environments.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work with hand tools for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BAS (Building Automation System) installations.
• Experience with HVAC controls and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of compressor controls, pneumatic systems, and commissioning procedures.
• OSHA 30 certification.
