Key Responsibilities

●        Review contracts and provide legal advice related to the Company's day-to-day business operations.

●        Advise on, monitor and carry out litigation activities, or coordinate with authorized representatives to carry out litigation activities under the responsibility of the Legal & Compliance Department.

●        Draft personnel authorization decisions for signing documents and powers of attorney, and manage these legal documents.

●        Act as the focal point and maintain relationships with competent State authorities (Courts, Police), and coordinate with other departments to work with these authorities when disputes or cases arise involving the Company, its employees, or individuals providing services to the Company.

●        Coordinate with other departments to handle requests from competent State authorities (Courts, Police).

●        Act as the focal point and coordinate with law firms to carry out litigation activities under the responsibility of the Legal & Compliance Department in order to protect the Company's interests.

●        Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Education / Certification

●        Bachelor's degree in Law.

●        A lawyer's practicing certificate is an advantage, not mandatory.

●        Knowledge of contract law, litigation, and corporate law.

Experience

●        At least 2 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or at a law firm.

●        Experience at a bank, finance company, or credit institution is preferred.

●        Experience in contract review and business advisory.

●        Experience handling disputes or working with State authorities is an advantage.
