Legal & Compliance Executive

- Drafting and reviewing contract and legal documents and providing legal comments to other depts on contract and legal documents under department manager's assignment.

- Managing the Company's Contract and legal document system, ensuring the system is managed scientifically and standard forms are updated promptly to serve the Company's operations;

- Providing other depts with legal consultancy and reviewing legal documents related to daily activities of the Company

- To prepare, submit, receive the License or coordinate with the consultants and agents for regulatory submissions (if any); manage regulatory applications required by Vietnamese law and Company’s regulation; remain the validity of all licenses of the company in the aspect of product registrations, and other licenses related to daily activity of the company to ensure the compliance of the company in respect of regulatory requirements

- Updating the legal compliance list for other department to follow

- Supporting the Head of Department in developing training materials and post-training inspection to assess the level of awareness related to compliance with legal regulations

- Directly deploying the approved annual action plan by checking and assessing the compliance with policies and processes of department operations

- Follow up the implementation of the improvement plans and verify the effectiveness of the improvement actions regarding compliance of regulatory

- Supporting relevant departments in working with State agencies in the inspection time under the assignment of department manager

- Prepare documents, minutes, and meeting resolutions according to the provisions of law and according to the content approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors as assigned by the Head of Department.

- Ensure that the approval, signing, and decision-making authorities at each management level comply with legal requirements, the company’s charter, and actual operational practices.

- Monitor compliance with the Power of Attorney (POA) and propose periodic revisions when there are organizational or procedural changes.

- Supporting department manager in reviewing to propose the solutions for improve the process of reviewing and checking contracts and legal documents and providing legal consultancy to other department in the Company

- Supporting department manager in reviewing to propose the solutions for improve the process of handling of trademark infringement

- Developing legal training plan to propose department manager for approval

- Other task have been assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications/ requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law

- 03 years in in-house legal and business law consultancy

- Solid understanding of various of laws, especially the law on enterprise, law on investment, IP law, Labor Law, Trade Law, Law on Environment and legal regulations on product registrations, label...;.

- Legal thinking

- Legal research

- Drafting and reviewing documents.

- Good command of English and Vietnamese

- Strong communication, time management and teamwork

- Consulting, presentation and persuasion skills

- Microsoft Office

- Ability to work well under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing, especially FMCG

Salary & Benefit:

- Gross salary: 20,000, 000 – 25,000,000 VND/ month

- 13th-month salary bonus guaranteed.

- Performance Bonus: as per the company policy

- Working time from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

- WFH: max 2 days/ week & in accordance with the WFH policy, as may be amended from time to time

- Holidays: National holidays, New Year holidays

- Paid leave: 12 days per year

Working conditions

- Based in Hanoi Office or Thai Nguyên Head office, with occasional day trips to the Thai Nguyen factory or Hanoi office when required (same-day travel)

- Provided with laptop and other working equipment.
