Job Description:

- Manage the leather sourcing process for footwear production, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with design and production teams to select appropriate leather materials.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

- Monitor market trends and innovations in leather materials to inform sourcing strategies.

- Conduct quality assessments of leather materials and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Provide training and guidance to team members on leather management best practices.

- Prepare reports on leather usage, costs, and supplier performance for management review.
