DESCRIPTON

Leasing Operation Management

• Develop short-term & long-term leasing strategies.
• Acquire new tenants and maintain existing tenants.
• Negotiate rental rates and contract terms.
• Ensure occupancy rate meets company targets.

Contract & Legal Management

• Prepare, control, and manage leasing contracts.
• Monitor contract expiry, renewal, and termination.
• Coordinate with legal and accounting teams.

Tenant Relationship Management

• Handle tenant requests and complaints.
• Maintain long-term tenant relationships.
• Coordinate with building operation teams.

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct market & competitor analysis.
• Prepare leasing revenue, occupancy, and forecast reports.
• Propose pricing strategies and incentive policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum
• 5 years of experience in Leasing / Sales / Property Management, must have experience in leasing CO-WORKING OFFICE
• Strong knowledge of: Office leasing market; Real estate leasing contracts & legal regulations
• Skills: Negotiation & persuasion; Client relationship management; Revenue analysis & reporting
• Good English communication (Korean is a plus)
• Professional appearance and attitude

SALARY

NEGOTIATE (FROM 40.000.000 GROSS)
