• Support machine/line installation, relocation, and calibration.
• Provide troubleshooting support for machines/lines.
• Support production, NPI, evaluation, and efficiency improvement activities.
• Provide training to end users based on the training courses provided by our team.
• Provide phone/online support outside working hours when required by customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Regularly report work progress, machine status, and customer issues to the Leader/Manager, and prepare monthly reports as required.
   

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage; HSK 3 or above is preferred.
• Internship experience or work experience in SMT production environments is an advantage.
• Hard-working, honest, careful, willing to learn and improve, and having a strong sense of compliance.
• Willing to travel for work and work overtime or in shifts when required.
• A university degree is required for full-time positions.
• Final-year students may apply for internship positions.
