• Design intuitive, modern, and consistent UI/UX experiences for Mobile Apps and Web Apps.
• Analyze product requirements, user flows, and business flows to propose appropriate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Build and maintain Design Systems, UI Components, and Style Guides.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the product development process.
• Review implemented interfaces to ensure the final product closely follows the approved design.
• Proactively research UI/UX trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to support research, ideation, UX analysis, content creation, and design workflow optimization.
• Read technical/product documentation and communicate effectively in English when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX Design for Mobile Apps, Web Apps, or digital products.
• Proficient in Figma, including:
  • Auto Layout
  • Components & Variants
  • Prototyping
  • Design Systems
  • Responsive Design
• Good understanding of UI, UX, User Flow, and Product Design principles.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces across different screen sizes and devices.
• Ability to organize Figma files clearly and efficiently for collaboration and developer handoff.
• Familiar with Claude or other AI-powered tools that can improve design productivity.
• Able to communicate in English in a working environment, including basic discussions with international clients or team members.
• Able to work independently, identify problems, and proactively propose solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to receive and act on feedback.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, CRM, ERP, or admin systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or understanding of how front-end developers implement UI designs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Product mindset and understanding of user experience-related metrics.
• Familiarity with additional AI tools for Product Design, UX Research, rapid prototyping, or workflow automation.
