We are now looking for a well-educated Junior Associate as an addition to our Legal team.

Description:

As part of the Legal team, you will support the Senior Associates with legal research and drafting of transactional documentation (including M&A) and commercial contracts (factory-lease, SPA, etc). Besides the performance of incorporations and license amendments you will do general corporate advisory. Other work will include labor related matters and PDP procedures.

To be considered for this position, you will have good general knowledge of commercial, corporate and labor laws and have been exposed to PDP related matters.

Individual development to more senior positions is expected and supported.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese citizen with excellent command in speaking and writing of (legal) English, able to communicate in German is a plus;

• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable University; overseas studies are a plus;

• Minimum 01 year of experience at a law firm with foreign exposure;

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point...);

• Team spirit, friendly orientation;

• Well-organization, honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.
