As our Vietnam branch is newly established, we are looking for a proactive, hands-on individual who can work independently, handle a wide range of logistics tasks, and help shape the foundations of our VN operations.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Vietnam operations. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial reporting, tax compliance, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions,

• Prepare, issue and manage VAT invoices,

• Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable,

• Perform bank statements and investigate discrepancies

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

• Assist with VNtax compliance and reporting, including VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and support correspondence with the tax authority

• Liaise and work with external tax agent and auditor, including preparing supporting documents and information

• Maintain accurate accounting records in MISA accounting software

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance

• Good understanding of general accounting principles, financial reports and taxation relevant to VN

• Prior accounting experience in international freight forwarding industry is required, experience with a multinational or global freight forwarder is highly preferred

• Practical experience with MISA

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and auditors; ability to explain financial information clearly.

• Working proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
