1. Role Overview

As a core member of IBK Vietnam IT team, you will manage the bank's network infrastructure and follow robust security policies. Your primary responsibility is design, implement, operate and optimize all network infrastructures, ensuring that all network and security configurations for Banking Core system and strictly comply with internal policies and local financial laws.

2. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor network infrastructure 24/7.

- Administer routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network devices.

- Manage routing protocols: Static, OSPF, BGP, VRF, MPLS.

- Troubleshoot Layer 2/3/4 network issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and optimize network together.

- Participate in the design and deployment of Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) networks.

- Execute network changes, configuration backups, and capacity planning.

- Collaborate with the security team on network security, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.

- Coordinate with ISPs/vendors to resolve WAN, MPLS, and Internet issues.

- Participate in DR drills, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and IT infrastructure projects.

- Create and maintain network documentation.

- Working in Internal Projects: Participate in network architecture, solution design, automation, and technical leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc

- From 5 years of experience in Network Engineer.

- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, LACP, routing, and OSPF.

- Experience with BGP, MPLS, WAN, and Internet technologies.

- Experience with Data Center and DR environments.

- Knowledge of network security.

- Experience with Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, HPE, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent technologies.

- CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.

- Experience in the banking or finance sector preferred.

- Language: Intermediate English (Ability to document policies and respond to technical audits).
