Tuyển dụng IT Infrastructure Operation (Server Engineer) tại Hà Nội

1. Role Summary

As a founding member of IBK Vietnam, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the bank's core IT infrastructure. While your primary focus will be on Server, Virtualization, Storage, Backup..., you will also provide essential support for Server, Storage and Database operations to ensure 24/7 banking service stability.

2. Key Responsibilities:

•        Server & Virtualization Management (Primary):

o   Administer and optimize x86 server hardware (HP, Dell, etc.) and OS (RHEL, Windows Server).

o   Manage and troubleshoot Virtualization layers (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

•        Infrastructure Operation & Support (DB & Storage & Backup):

o   Provide operational support for Databases (Oracle, MSSQL), including monitoring and backup/restore tasks.

o   Manage storage systems (SAN/NAS), including LUN provisioning and health monitoring.

o   Deploy, Operate and Maintain the Backup system: Storage Backup, NAS Backup, Tape backup.

·        Operational Stability & Vendor Management:

o   Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of banking services.

o   Establish and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

o   Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical issue resolution.

3. Key Requirements:

·        Experience:

o   Junior: 2+ years in IT infrastructure operations (Banking/Financial sector experience is preferred).

·        Technical Skills: Good knowledge in Linux/Windows server administration and Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V...) setup.

·        Foundational knowledge of SAN storage, SAN SW...

·        Foundational knowledge of Database (SQL) management.

·        Have knowledge about at least one of Backup solution: Veeam, Netbackup, Veritas, Acronis...

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

·        Language: English (Ability to conduct technical discussions and read/write technical documentation) is prefer.

·        Have experience in new branch/subsidiary IT setups or system migrations.

3. Preferable Qualities:

• Professional certifications (VCP, MCSA/MCSE, LPI...).
